Delivery Information

We post our products both within the UK and Internationally. From the receipt of an order, we will usually send out your order within 3-5 WORKING days, if the orders are particularly large they may take longer, if you want them for a particular date please contact us to make sure it is possible. Postage will vary depending on weight of the products ordered and your destination country. Deliveries within the UK may expect to be received within 3-7 working days & deliveries worldwide may expect to be received within 14-28 days. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by the postal system, third party carriers and electronic mail.

If for any reason you are not happy then please use the returns form detailing your complaint within 14 days of receiving goods and then you have 14 days thereafter to return the goods to us. Please do not forget to give us your full name and the nature of your complaint.
